It is an environmental protection organization that combats tropical forest deforestation. Their aim is to achieve a society that protects the environment and forest biodiversity. It has been a significant promoter of human rights and transparency during the construction of facilities for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

It is an initiative developed by CODE to effectively track governmental spending and funds distributed by international aid organizations. It is comprised of a network of journalists, data wranglers, and legal practitioners, among others interested in the use of open data for transparency and accountability.
