It is a non-governmental and independent institution run with funds from the European Union under the European Social Fund. It provides legal advice and information to the residents of Wołomin County, with additional offices in Tłuszcz and several municipalities.

National Centre for Dispute Resolution (NCDR)

NCDR follows international standards rules and code of ethics governing mediation proceedings and is Pakistan's first and only mediation centre. It undertakes disputes of various nature including family disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes, labour disputes etc.
