Founded in 1991, HRCO is an independent organization that works towards building a democratic system though the promotion of the rule of law and due process, and encouraging and conducting human rights monitoring.
The Akshaya Patra Foundation strives to fight issues like hunger and malnutrition in India. It has also partnered with the government to implement the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in government schools and government aided schools. Today, it serves over 1.4 million children from 10,948 schools across 10 states in India.
