Consultancy for Human Rights and Displacement

Consultoría para los Derechos Humanos y el Desplazamiento - CODHES

Founded in 1992, it promotes the awareness of victims of human rights abuses. They utilize empirical cases of international humanitarian law, international refugee law, and the guiding principles on internal displacement. The organization strives for the democratic construction of peace, justice, and social equity, as an effective way to prevent exile and displacement. In 2010, the Ecuadorian chapter of the organization opened in Quito.

Works to provide capacity building programs to at risk populations and rehabiliation, along with justice and governance mechanisms in rural areas. It is one of the organisations leading the IRSOP program for restorative justice.

International Justice Mission (IJM) is an international NGO working in India against sex trafficking and forced labor slavery. It partners with those working in the local justice system to help victims of violence. Its advocates work to bring criminals to justice and strengthen the justice system.
