Association for Life and Human Dignity

Asociación por la Vida y la Dignidad Humana (APORVIDHA)

APORVIDHA works to defend the rights of the oppressed, such as minorities, children, women and victims of violence. Its main focus is on the legal defense of these persons, and any person whose rights have not been respected. Along with this, it provides training for communities about their rights, and shapes leaders.

National Coordinator for Human Rights

Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos

The Coordinator is the leading institution in Peru working for the defense of human rights. It works to deliver information about legislation and to influence the national debate on access to information, while using strategic litigation and demonstration for the respect of human rights.

Economic and Social Research Foundation

It works in advancing knowledge to public and private sector entities through sound policy research findings, capacity development, and by advocating good development management practices. They implemented the initiative Tanzania Online, an online corruption forum.
