The Duty Lawyer Service

Founded in 1978, it is managed by the Hong Kong Bar Association and the Law Society of Hong Kong with financing from the government. It complements legal aid services provided by the Legal Aid Department by offering four legal assistance schemes: the Duty Lawyer Scheme, the Legal Advice Scheme, the Tel-Law Scheme, and the Convention Against Torture and Non-refoulement Claims Scheme.

The County Governance Watch - CGW

It is an active participant in governance development and social transformation in Kenya. Through its Kenya program, and with specific focus on the counties, CGW has taken the lead in the creation of the County Governance Index (CGI) for measuring the governance and service delivery at the county level.
