MLSA offers legal protection to journalists who are punished for expressing their thoughts. IIt promotes the public’s right to information, particularly by supporting good finance and science journalism. It works on rights of minority groups, with a concentration on refugees and the LGBTI community.
It was established in 2017 in memory of the late Professor Wiktor Osiatyński a constitutionalist and human rights defender. The Archive includes a growing collection of documents, draft laws, analyses, and opinions, as well as a timeline of the principal changes in the Polish legal system and a platform for expert analysis and commentary.

Builds public-private partnerships to provide social services for the elderly, children, youth, and families, as well as other community-based activities. Also, monitors human rights violations and processes human rights complaints.
UNDP has established two legal centres that train and place young lawyers, support a Legal Aid Grant Facility that provides free legal assistance to women, children and the poorest men on cases ranging from domestic violence and rape to inheritance disputes, divorce and child protection issues.
