The Commission seeks to provide legal defense to persons who have had their human rights abused in the interest of upholding the rule of law and producing knowledge about human rights abuses.
One of the issue areas of the TEPAV is to design a transparent and participatory constitution making process with widest possible participation by the civil society in order to promote democracy, human righats and the rule of law.
