It is a non government organization that combines the efforts of law firms, academics, and other organizations to provide human rights training and to increase the accountability of Australia in protecting international human rights standards.
Founded in 1999, CAFCA contributes to the full application of integral justice in Guatemala, providing technical inputs, advisement, and support for victims of human rights violations and State institutions. Their areas of work include forensic research, criminal justice analysis, and legal assistance on human rights.
Set up by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, the Center provides a platform for the resolution of commercial disputes through arbitration. Also organizes seminars, training courses, workshops and international conferences about commercial disputes.
