Fundacji Panoptykon

Established in April 2009 by a group of lawyers, its mission is to protect fundamental rights and freedoms in fast-changing technologies and growing surveillance. They address the challenges posed by growing surveillance through monitoring, undertaking research, advocating for legal reform, and providing education.

The Osiaty?ski Archive

Archiwum Osiatynskiego

It was established in 2017 in memory of the late Professor Wiktor Osiatyński a constitutionalist and human rights defender. The Archive includes a growing collection of documents, draft laws, analyses, and opinions, as well as a timeline of the principal changes in the Polish legal system and a platform for expert analysis and commentary.

The Responsible Business Forum
