TDRO was established in 2013 to resolve trade disputes. It has been working on a draft law to regulate the functions of the organization. In the meantime, a number of disputes have been referred to it for resolution so far.

SER has 30 years experiencing encouraging local communities to participate in the democratic process through training, information and knowledge sharing, political mobilization and community building.
It defends integrity and transparency in public life, the protection of civil rights, and fosters civil participation. Their areas of activity include fighting corruption, open competition for public positions, a simplified tax system, and the promotion of a direct democracy. Additionally, the Association organizes conferences, lectures, and legal actions to advance its objectives.
