As communities around the world wrestle with democratic backsliding, climate crises, conflict, and economic hardship, we all depend on the rule of law to address our biggest challenges.
The WJP Rule of Law Index is the world’s leading source of original, independent data on the rule of law. This year’s edition will cover 142 countries and jurisdictions, assess rule of law conditions for 95% of the world’s population, and include two new countries—Kuwait and Montenegro.
