WJP 2016 Rule of Law Launch Announcement The World Justice Project is pleased to announce the newest edition of the WJP Rule of Law Index® will launch on October 20th, 2016.  An online release will be accompanied by a launch event held in cooperation with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace at their headquarters in Washington DC.
