James Davis
Program Associate, Rule of Law Index

James Davis joined the World Justice Project in March of 2022 as a Program Associate for the Rule of Law Index. As a member of the Qualified Respondent Questionnaire (QRQ) team, James helps facilitate expert identification and outreach and conducts data collection for the QRQ portion of the Index.

James holds a BA in political science from Davidson College. During his studies at Davidson, he spent time abroad studying Arabic in Amman, Jordan. Prior to joining WJP, James worked as a coder and research assistant with Pew Research Center where he assisted in the production of the Religious Restrictions Index. Additionally, James completed a research internship with WJP as a QRQ Intern for the Index in 2020 and 2021.
