Human Resources and Administrative Manager
Debby Manley is the Human Resources and Administrative Manager at The World Justice Project. Ms. Manley has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years.
Prior to joining the WJP, Ms. Manley was the Human Resources Manager for the Corporation for Enterprise Development, an organization working at the local, state and federal levels to create economic opportunity that alleviates poverty.
Ms. Manley holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
