Alejandra has more than 7 years of experience as public opinion analyst and has extensive experience in survey methodology and research. While working at the office of the President in Mexico she led the quantitative analysis area, managed data collection of large studies and collaborated in the formulation of key policy recommendations.
Prior to join the WJP as researcher for the Rule of Law Index in Mexico, she worked as consultant with several private and government entities conducting research on social impacts assessments, irregular housing, education, and gender inequality. She has also worked in the development of monitoring systems and indicators for the evaluation of public policy interventions.
Alejandra holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from CIDE in Mexico and a master’s degree in Public Policy from University College London (UCL) in United Kingdom.
