A litigation partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto, Adam Goldenberg handles commercial, regulatory, and constitutional disputes before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators across Canada. He previously served as a speechwriter and political advisor in federal and Ontario politics, and began his legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Adam is the co-author of “Emergency Law in Canada: Commentary and Legislation” and has taught as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Toronto. He holds an undergraduate degree with high honours from Harvard and received his law degree at Yale.
