JohnCullen
EU Subnational Project Intern
John Cullen joined the World Justice Project in May 2023 as an intern with the Qualified Respondent Questionnaire (QRQ) team in the European Union Subnational Project.
He has recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A in International Relations and minors in French and Global Engagement. His studies focused on European history and politics as well as foreign policy research with the U.S. State Department through VT’s Diplomacy Lab. During his college career he also spent a semester studying French language and culture at the University of Aix-Marseilles in Aix-En-Provence, France.
