Ms. Zsuzsanna Lonti, a Hungarian national, is the head of the statistics and indicators unit in the Budgeting and Public Expenditures Division in the OECD Governance Directorate. Her main responsibility is leading the work on the Government at a Glance publication. Prior to joining the OECD, Zsuzsanna taught courses in HRM, compensation and labor policy at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Before that, she worked in various policy advisor and economist positions in the governments of Hungary and Ontario,Canada.

Zsuzsanna holds Master's degrees in economics and industrial relations, and earned her Ph.D. in industrial relations at the University of Toronto, Canada.
