Patrick Kilbride is director of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He leads the activities of the department, including the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America (AACCLA). Kilbride is responsible for setting policy and programs for the department, and for advancing the interests of the U.S. business community on a wide range of hemispheric trade and investment issues. These include trade facilitation, trade integration, rule of law, protection of intellectual property, standards and regulatory cooperation, border management, and competitiveness.
