Dr. David Torstensson specialises in innovation, tax and intellectual property policy, with a particular focus on the health care, ICT and the content industry. He has wide experience in policy and economic analysis, as well as data sampling and creation of strategic operational and advocacy plans. David’s knowledge spans from North America and Europe to the BRIC economies, and he speaks fluent Swedish.
Prior to his work with Pugatch Consilium, David was with Deloitte UK where he worked on a broad range of UK and international tax compliance and advisory projects. David holds a Master of Studies in American History and DPhil in American History and Politics, both from Oxford University.
