Mr. Óscar Cadena Plata is a lawyer who specializes in public law and policy institutions. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in Colombia. He has served as advisor to the President of the Colombian Confederation of the Chambers of Commerce and as an advisor to the office of the National Planning Department. He is currently an advisor to the Cabinet Secretariat of the Ministry of National Defense. Óscar Cadena Plata has written a book called “The Santo Domingo Case: Impactful Revelations About One of the Most Tragic Cases in Armed Conflict History.”
