Nancy Ward is Chief Engagement Officer for the World Justice Project where she has the primary responsibility for the organization’s global network of rule of law advocates, events, and programs. WJP’s engagement initiatives, including the World Justice Forum, focus on developing a higher level of awareness about rule of law challenges around the world and incubating practical programs at the community level to mitigate them.
Prior to joining WJP in 2008, Nancy worked for WJP Founder William H. Neukom at the global law firm of K&L Gates. A professional project manager with over 20 years of experience, she has also worked for the United Nations Foundation, the Carnegie Commission on Preventing Deadly Conflict, and Women in International Security.
Nancy has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
