Renae Ford joined the World Justice Project in October 2021 as the Executive Office Special Assistant. She supports the executive, governing, and operational functions of WJP, including direct support for the Executive Director and Chief of Staff & Operations.
Prior to joining WJP, Renae worked in recruitment, outreach, and customer service at ActBlue. She was also an intern in the House of Representatives for Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District, an intern on former Congressman Keith Ellison’s campaign, and an account manager at a small business.
Renae holds an A.B. from Harvard University with a concentration in Government and secondary in Psychology. In her time at Harvard, Renae served as the Membership Director of the Harvard College Democrats, Citizenship Tutor through the Institute of Politics, and was an invested member of the Mather House community.
