Intern, Access to Justice

Sarah Cleary joined the World Justice Project in June of 2025 as an Access to Justice Research Intern. Prior to her position at WJP, she founded a cybercrime and cyber civil rights research blog, authoring articles evaluating the legal and sociopolitical implications of cybercrime, digital legislation, and the inconsistencies of online civil protections. Sarah contributed to multiple research projects, including studies surrounding the interconnection of media and politics, and models predicting media coverage, and research examining the lasting impacts of adolescent bullying and racism. 

Currently, Sarah is a Pre-Law student at the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minoring in Professional Writing. With experience researching and advocating the protection of civil liberties and human rights, Sarah is proud to serve the Access to Justice team in their work expanding knowledge and innovating solutions to bridge the gaps of accessing justice globally.
