Niru joined the World Justice Project in 2026 as a Communications Intern. On the communications team, she will work to produce public-facing multimedia projects and social media content that advances WJP’s mission to promote the rule of law. 

Previously, Niru worked as a Science Communications & PR intern at BiotechBeauty®, where she translated clinical testing results into accessible content and authoring articles on cosmetic chemistry. She also served as a Global Impact Fellow with UC Davis Global Affairs, supporting agricultural biotechnology research and ethnographic climate change education initiatives, aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. 

Niru currently attends the University of California – Davis, pursuing a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science –Public Service, and Science & Technology Studies. She is passionate about science communication, tech governance/ethics, and leveraging technology for social good.”
