Intern, Development and Operations

Hailey Martin is the Development and Operations Intern at the World Justice Project for Fall 2025. Prior to her position at WJP, Hailey held leadership roles within her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, as the Financial VP Assistant and Recording Secretary. She volunteers for Camp Kesem at UC Irvine, a national nonprofit organization that supports children impacted by a parent’s cancer. This past year, she served as the Teen Leadership Program (TLP) Coordinator, focusing on teen programming and working on the Operations team. As part of the team, she collaborated to design and implement her chapter’s summer camp and community events. 

Hailey is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Irvine, earning a bachelor’s degree in sociology and minoring in psychological science. She is passionate about nonprofit work, advocacy, and human rights, and is excited to contribute her skills and experience to support the World Justice Project and its mission of advancing the rule of law worldwide.
