Co-founder & CEO
Global-Regulation’s Co-founder and CEO is an Israeli and Canadian lawyer, regulation expert and academic. Sean earned his BA (Psy.), LLB and LLM (law & tech) from Haifa Uni. (Israel) and his PhD (law) from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Canada).
