The Action Seed Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of civil society's participation to reform policy processes and public health related to the legalization of illicit drugs. It provides evidence-based research, communication mechanisms, and education and art initiatives to empower affected communities.

The Alternatives Foundation advances sustainable initiatives to guarantee food security in Bolivia's cities. Their work is centered on uniting civil, public, and private interests in the design and application of public policies, programs, and mechanisms that guarantees food and nutrition rights.

2019 World Justice Challenge Applicant - Project Title: Strategic Litigation to Promote Rights of Marginalized Drug Users
Created in 1992 with a social justice and human rights mission, Action Andean Bolivia monitors public policy on drugs and works directly with communities affected by these policies. It undertakes action research and works with citizen coalitions, academic networks, and private or public organizations to advance public policy reforms and decriminalization of use.

Bolivia Data publishes information that promotes initiatives for the development of Bolivia through capacity building and the use of technology.

ACEAA contributes to the sustainable management and preservation of the Amazonian ecosystems by producing knowledge and capacities in collaboration with local actors.

The Center is dedicated to research and education in areas such as democracy, regional and urban development, and environmental management. It focuses its efforts on analyzing the impact of public policies, the relation between the state and society, and the practices of social, indigenous, and trade union movements.

It is a national association of NGO's, governmental institutions, and civil society organizations that defend human rights in Bolivia. It encourages citizen participation and monitors the Bolivian state's commitments in areas of human rights, social integration, and democracy.

The Build Foundation works to strengthen democracy, human rights, and equal access to justice. Programs include research, education and advocacy for the promotion of civic participation and development, most notably their initiatives integrate indigenous communities to foster access to justice and intercultural dialogue. Additionally, they work to prevent human trafficking and sexual exploitation of children in Bolivia.

CDC works to consolidate a democratic and participative society and achieve a culture of peace. It fosters respect for human rights through legal support, alternative dispute resolution, and education programs directed towards vulnerable communities and populations at risk such as LGBT individuals and groups, child workers, juveniles, and prisoners.

It promotes Christian solidarity and contributes to strengthen democracy through capacity development of social actors and vulnerable communities. Additionally, it promotes health as a fundamental right and supports prisoners with a restorative justice approach.

CAICC has a multidisciplinary professional team that promotes the restoration and defense of human rights for children, teenagers, and women. It contributes to a more equal and just society, and provides comprehensive care to children and adolescents whose fathers and/or mothers are incarcerated in Cochabamba's prisons.

The Center has vast experience working in rural development and in combating human trafficking and exploitation in Bolivia. It generates opportunities for the participation of women in the public and private spheres, and strives to achieve social and economical equity.

Founded in 1999, the Center contributes to strengthening the rule of law in Bolivia through the promotion of justice democratization and judicial system transformation, the encouragement of a culture of peace, and the prevention of violence and insecurity.

CEDLA works to strengthen political actions of urban and rural workers by producing knowledge and critical thought that contribute to the transformation of the conditions of oppression that subjugate them. Areas of work include labor rights, extractive industries, indigenous rights, and fiscal policy.

It is a coalition of civil society organizations committed to the promotion of access to justice and the protection of human rights, most notably the defense of individuals deprived of their freedoms.

The Community of Human Rights is a coalition of private organizations and public institutions that work to advance, strengthen, and promote human rights through coordinated activities and resources. It provides a space for dialogue and action between civil society and the state.

This is an initiative from a group of constitutional lawyers that digitize and publish rulings, resolutions, and legal precedents online for public access.

It defends democracy and constitutional principles and advocates for fundamental rights through academic activities such as seminars, meetings, and research. Their areas of work include indigenous rights, territories, and natural resources management

The Coordinator of Women works to strengthen women's political actions, promote their emancipation, and construct a new social order based on equality. Their work also includes a life free from violence program to sensitize local leaders about the rights and legal mechanisms available for the prevention of violence against women.

Foundation Earth fosters ideas and proposals that contribute to a sustainable rural development of indigenous and peasant populations. It promotes equitable access to natural resources, land, and territory through an evidence-based research methodology. Their areas of work include food security and sovereignty, women's access to land, and indigenous nations and autonomy, to name a few.

The Foundation for Journalism advances citizen participation and quality journalism by educating professionals critical to current social and political issues, such as human rights and democracy. Activities include citizen journalism workshops to promote activism in local neighborhoods and schools.
