Victoria Walker is an Assistant Director at DCAF Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance, and Head of DCAF’s International Security Sector Advisory Team. As Head of ISSAT, she leads the department in a portfolio of programs to increase the capacity of the international community to support security and justice reform processes, to enhance the effectiveness and quality of assistance activities, build knowledge on lessons and good practice, and to facilitate the coordination and coherence of the international community’s support for nationally driven security and justice development.
