Sierra leads The B Team’s work on human rights and contributes to advancing efforts in sustainability, responsibility, and climate. Sierra shapes the organization’s human rights agenda and drives a people-centric focus across broader sustainability and ESG work. Sierra previously worked on business and human rights and sustainability at the International Chamber of Commerce and brings expertise in broader global policy and international affairs.
