Santiago is a Policy Analyst in the Public Sector Integrity division of the OECD/OCDE. He has been working on the development of the OECD Public Integrity Indicators for the past two years. He has also been involved in the development of projects regarding Non-democratic States, Citizenships by Investment, Whistleblowing protection, and Mis and Disinformation. Santiago holds an LL.B. from the University of Buenos Aires, an LL.M. from the University of Barcelona and the University Pompeu Fabra, an M.Sc. in Organised Crime, Terrorism and Security from the University of Essex, and a Ph.D. from Queen Mary, University of London.
