Judge Sandra Luz Chicas Bautista is a Salvadoran career judge, with more than 20 years of experience. She has undergone a long career, including as a Law Professor at Salvadoran universities, at the National School for Judicial Formation, as well as at international fora. She is currently enrolled in a Constitutional Law PhD program with the University of Castilla La Mancha in Spain.
