Keerthy Biyanwila is a part-time volunteer Mediator of the Community Mediation Board in Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka. He has more than 3 years’ experience as Mediator of a wide range of individual disputes, specializing in low-threshold financial disputes. Keerthy has more than 20 years of specialised financial management experience, serving as financial manager and consultant for state sector enterprises and multinational companies in the private sector in Sri Lanka. He specialises in restructuring of small & medium scale businesses for better performance through optimum utilization of available assets and careful consideration of their liabilities. Keerthy holds a membership of the Charted Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the United Kingdom.
