Jessica Hickle is a Research Officer at the Open Government Partnership (OGP) where she manages OGP’s research portfolio on justice institutions and delivery. She is interested in understanding when and how citizens use the justice system to hold government actors accountable and has published research on patterns of rights litigation in Tanzania. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
