Mr. Mohamed Ikta Abdoulaye is the Minister of Justice of Niger since November 2021 and a member of the National Security Council. He also serves as the President of the Council of Ministers of OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa). Prior to his appointment as Minister of Justice, Mr. Ikta Abdoulaye assumed, among others, the function of President of the Council of Shippers of Countries without Coastlines in West and Central Africa and Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Niger. He holds a level II diploma in Customs and Regulations from the National School of Administration and Judiciary of Niger (Ecole Nationale d'Administration et de Magistrature du Niger). He is currently pursuing a master’s degree specializing in Public Procurement Law at the University of Science and Technology of Niger.
