Enrique Gil Bottero is a well-known jurist of Colombian origin who has served as the Minister of Justice and Law of Colombia, as a member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and as Magistrate and President of the Council of State of Colombia. He has also developed a university teaching job at the national and international level and is the author of numerous legal works and writings.
