Deepesh brings over 21 years of experience in national and international development, with extensive experience in leading and supporting strong development and advocacy programs. Currently, working as Senior Director for Local to Global Advocacy and Impact at World Vision International. Deepesh provides strategic guidance and oversight to six regional offices around the world to surface local advocacy issues to global level. The role includes strategic leadership to advocacy and social accountability programming in the regions. As Global Advocacy lead, he collaborates with broader global mechanisms aimed at improving government structures and systems around the world. Prior to this role, he led the World Vision International Asia Pacific Advocacy Team as the Director for Advocacy and External Engagement. He has worked in leadership positions based in the Philippines, Mongolia, and Nepal.
