Champa Kumarasinghe is a Mediation Training Officer in Colombo, Sri Lanka with 18 years of experience working with grassroots volunteer Mediators in Community Mediation Boards. She lectures on the legal framework of the Community Mediation Boards and has over a decade of experience in coordinating with non-state and government agencies including District Secretariat offices, Divisional secretariat offices, Police stations and local academic institutions on alternative dispute resolution. Champa has certificated successfully in effective interest-based mediation, peer mediation, commercial and land dispute resolution methods. She received her Bachelor of Science degree (Natural Science) from The Open University of Sri Lanka and holds a diploma in English for Professionals under the Institute of Development Administration.
