Wim Jansen joined the Hague municipality as director for international affairs on 1st September 2018. As such he is responsible for the co-ordination within the Municipality of its international activities, especially in the area of peace, justice and security. His unit especially co-operates with international organisations, NGO’s in these areas, as well as with knowledge centres, universities, technology start-ups and government. Before September last year he was active in international co-operation within the Ministries of Economic Affairs and Finance, especially focusing on international entrepreneurship.”
