Scott Cooper has been involved in global governance issues most of his career; on consumer protections issues in the US House of Representatives; working on global electronic commerce issues reporting to the CEO of Hewlett-Packard; and as Vice President for Policy at the American National Standards Institution. Scott is very pleased to return to the World Justice Forum to discuss efforts to find practicable solutions to the refugee crisis.
