Patricia Goicoechea is the Deputy Director of Rights International Spain. She is a practising criminal lawyer and works also as a legal aid lawyer within the Madrid Bar Association duty system.
Ms. Goicoechea holds an LLM in European Law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris) and Law Degrees from the Universidad Complutense (Madrid) and Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris).
Patricia Goicoechea will participate in the World Justice Forum working session Barriers and Solutions for Guaranteeing the Procedural Rights of Suspects in Police Custody.
