Miral is responsible for advising her HPE internal clients in corporate law matters. In that capacity she is responsible for advising on feasibility and execution of mergers & acquisitions in EMEA as well as integration and corporate restructuring projects from a WW perspective. She is also responsible for ensuring that the international subsidiaries of HPE comply with the corporate legal internal policies.
Miral has over a decade of experience as a lawyer, she started her career in Paris as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as in-house counsel. Miral holds a Bachelor of French and English Laws from King's College London and her Maitrise de droits francais et anglais from Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds a master degree from HEC Paris. She qualified as an Avocat à la Cour at the Paris Bar.
