Lisa Denney is an Australia-based researcher working on issues of justice, security and governance in post-conflict and transitioning contexts. She has worked extensively in sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia and the Pacific undertaking program design and evaluation, research, training and advisory support. Currently, Lisa is leading a research project for Cordaid on everyday pathways to justice and how these can be captured in the SDGs. Lisa is also a Research Associate with the Overseas Development Institute and a Senior Research Fellow with the Institute for Human Security and Social Change at La Trobe University. Lisa holds a PhD in International Politics from Aberystwyth University.
