Jan Eijsbouts (Working group, Drafting Team and Project Manager) is former General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs of AkzoNobel. He is Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility and Professorial Fellow at the Institute for Corporate Law, Governance and Innovation Policies at the Faculty of Law, Maastricht University. He is a former Chairman of the CLO Round Tables Europe and North America and as such an Emeritus member of the European General Counsel Association. He is member of the Gaemo Group, Corporate Responsibility International and Chairman of the Board of the World Legal Forum Foundation.
