Giorgia Sangiuolo is assisting the Drafting Team of The Hague Rules on Business and Human Rights Arbitration. Giorgia is a qualified lawyer (Rome Bar) working with the Centre of European Law of King's College London as Ph.D. researcher and Academic Coordinator of the LAwTTIP Network. Her research focuses on Judicial Protection in the European Union, with specific regards to the external relations of the EU. After completing her LLB in law, Giorgia obtained two masters in International Energy Law (LUISS Guido Carli) and EU law (King's College London).


Giorgia Sangiuolo will participate in the World Justice Forum working session The Hague Rules: Improving International Dispute Resolution in the Field of Business and Human Rights.
