Donald R. Rawlins has been an attorney for over 25 years. He began his career with AutoZone, Inc., the largest automotive parts retailer in the US, serving as vice president and assistant general counsel, and has served as counsel to Alston & Bird LLP, a national US law firm. Most recently he has had a solo practice advising entrepreneurs on how to start their own small businesses, as well as serving as a mediator and arbitrator. He has an Advanced Certificate with Merit from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, and has been a consultant for restaurants and coffee bars on their beverage programs. Currently, he is a candidate (May 2019) for a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He received his JD from American University, and a BBA from the University of Memphis.
