Dan Kass is a technologist and advocate working at the intersection of housing justice and civic technology. He is a co-founder and Executive Director at JustFix.nyc, a tech nonprofit that serves tenants and organizers fighting displacement and neglectful housing. As a technologist he has developed high-end digital experiences for clients such as Spotify, Time Inc, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Dan graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Tufts University and served as a 2015 Engineering Fellow in the Blue Ridge Labs @ Robin Hood program. He has been selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Law & Policy, a Legal Services Corporation Emerging Leader, and currently serves on the inaugural Open Data Advisory Council for the City of New York.
