Ana Valdivieso is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Southern Europe and LatAm. In this role she leads a team responsible for providing a full range of legal services and commercial contracts support to all business units and functions across Italy, Greece, Israel, Spain, Portugal and LatAm. She is also the Country Counsel for HPE Spain.
During her tenure at HPE she has lead many international projects and teams, including her role as leader of the Legal Department Global Regions Diversity Committee, Legal Lead at the Divestiture Management Office for the ES Spin-Merge and the SW Spin-Merge across EMEA and Latin America and Canada, role that she combined with her role as VP and AGC for Southern Europe & LatAm.
Ana Valdivieso holds a law degree from the University Complutense of Madrid and is admitted to the bar in Madrid (Spain) since 1994.
