Siri Nelson is the Executive Director of the National Whistleblower Center and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Northeastern University School of Law. Professor Nelson has represented international whistleblowers in large multi-billion-dollar enforcement actions and has played a key role in advancing policy and legislative reforms that enhanced whistleblower protections. She coordinated the public campaign behind the Commodity Exchange Act reform bill, which is being used to police corruption in the mineral and oil extraction industries worldwide. Professor Nelson has worked directly with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to ensure effective rules governing whistleblower protections.
