Roberto Moreno is Head of the Risk and Public Policy Unit of the Executive Secretariat of the National Anticorruption System. This Unit oversees the design of anti-corruption policy proposals, as well as the drafting of methodologies, indicators, and evaluations of comprehensive policies on the subject. He studied International Economic Relations at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México and has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Additionally, he has completed various postgraduate courses on anti-corruption, transparency, and access to information. He has worked at the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), at the Performance Evaluation Unit of the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), and in the Government of the State of Oaxaca.
