Dr. Paul Kimalu is the Director, Planning and Organizational Performance, Judiciary of Kenya. He has a Doctoral degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics). He coordinates: performance management; data collection, collation, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of data; strategic planning; research and surveys; monitoring and evaluation and reporting; and implementation of quality management standards and Innovations in the Judiciary. Previously he worked with Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) and the National Treasury and Planning. He has published in journals and contributed to book chapters. He has published a book - “Research Methods, Monitoring and Evaluation”.
