Atty. Mack Hale E. Bunagan is an IDEALS legal officer appointed as the Data Privacy Officer and assigned as one of the Project Coordinators of the Tisya Hustisya team. As a Data Privacy Officer, he advocates privacy by design in all projects of IDEALS, and undertakes tasks to make IDEALS compliant with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the implementing rules and regulations of the Nation Privacy Commission. As the co-lead of Tisya Hustisya with Atty. Jonnah Morado, he focuses on data management and the supervision of the Community Engagement Team, particularly its online social and behavioral change communication (SBCC) campaign. He is also tasked to coordinate with the Information and Technology (IT) officers in relation to the troubleshooting and maintenance of data systems and other related work.
