Darіia Marchak is the Chief Operating Officer of SE Prozorro.Sale. In addition, Dariia manages the Center for Analysis of Public Finance and Public Administration at the Kyiv School of Economics. Previously, she worked as a consultant to the World Bank from 2017 to 2018, where she was an adviser to the Cabinet of Ministers on public administration reform. Prior to that, she worked as Director of Communications and Public Relations at Ukrposhta,managed communications at the Ministry of Finance, and served as an advisor to Minister Natalia Yaresko. In June 2018, Dariia organized the activities of the Public Coalition to Lift the Land Moratorium, and worked as an expert advisor on the EU-funded project “Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine (EU4PAR).
