Ms. Salhieh joined the Public Prosecution in 2002 as the first female Assistant Prosecutor. In 2004, she was appointed as a prosecutor, and served at the Attorney General’s Office. In 2009, Ms. Salhieh was appointed as a Chief Prosecutor to the Appeal Court, and in 2010 she was appointed as the head the Public Prosecution Gender Unit. In 2016, she was appointed as the headed the newly established Family Protection Prosecution Services. Ms. Salhieh holds a Master degree in international Humanitarian Law, and a BA in Law from Alquds University.
